Politique de remboursement

If you're not 100% happy with your order, your item arrived faulty or damaged in transit please email customerservice@malaartco.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund.

For all returns, items must be in their original condition and packaging or they will be rejected. Every product is made to order we do ask you to choose carefully before you buy. We currently do not offer a free return service so we advise you choose a fully tracked service so that you know that it has arrived back with us safely. The items are your responsibility until they reach Mala Art Co and we can not accept any liability for items lost during transit.

Once we have received the item back, a refund will be processed within 7 working days and will be in your bank within 28 working days.

International Returns

We are currently unable to offer any returns to customers outside of the UK.

Returning Items as part of a promotion

If you return an item that was purchased as part of a "Buy 2 or More" offer, the offer will no longer apply.

  • If returning one or more items reduces your order below the qualifying threshold, the discount will be recalculated based on the items you are keeping.
  • Any refund issued will reflect the updated pricing. For example, if the offer provided a discount on each item, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the retained item(s).
  • If all items from the offer are returned, a full refund will be processed as per our standard returns policy.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of promotional offers.
